Raw wooden stick 13 cm long with 8 coloured beads at one end, attached with nylon cord and round raw wooden ball at the end of the handle part.
What are the defects?
The rattles are of a shape and size smaller than permitted dimensions. The items do not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
What are the hazards?
Rattles that are of a shape and size that can enter a child's throat may present a choking hazard.
What should consumers do?
Consumers are advised to return product to Kinderplay in Victoria for a full refund of purchase price.
