What are the defects?
Laboratory test to clause 7.5 of the Australian Standard AS 2432.1991 highlighted that the front portion of the teat became torn and detached when force was applied.
What are the hazards?
Choking. Teat section of the dummy could become torn and break off during use.
What should consumers do?
