Capacitors manufactured by Facon between September 2002 and December 2002 with a date code in the following format - 9.2002 to 12.2002 and bearing the following model numbers: 7G72080F4Z(8uF), 7G72100F6Z(10uF), 7G72150L6Z(15uF), 7G7220
Reasons the product is recalled
The batch of capacitors have a failure mode that in some cases can result in the capacitor itself overheating and catching fire internally which in turn may ignite other combustible material around it.
