Reason the product is recalled
Due to a manufacturing defect the needle-stick resistant material may have been installed incorrectly.
If the needle-stick resistant material is not installed correctly, the glove will not provide the certified level of protection.

Risk of injury from needle-stick and/or lacerations.

Consumers should return the product to their place of purchase for a refund or replacement.
