These vehicles have already had their original Takata passenger airbag inflator replaced with a recently manufactured Takata inflator ('like for like replacement'). This inflator will now be replaced with a non-Takata alternative.

Owners of affected vehicles should contact their preferred Honda dealership, Honda via the website www.honda.com.au/recall or call 1800 957 444 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm AEST) to arrange for a replacement airbag inflator free of charge.
Consumers who are unsure whether they are affected can also use Honda Australia's VIN look-up tool https://www.honda.com.au/owners/services/recall-information.html or contact Honda Australia's Recall Call Centre on 1800 789 839 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm AEST) or contact their preferred dealer.
Consumers can check if they are affected by the Takata airbag recall, by entering the vehicle’s registration number at https://ismyairbagsafe.com.au/
