What are the defects?
Due to an error in assembly, some units may have a loose retaining clamp on the engine intake manifold/throttle body.
What are the hazards?
If the intake tube becomes dislodged during usage it may cause the unit to catch fire.
What should consumers do?
Customers should make an appointment with their nearest Authorised Honda Dealer and arrange to have their unit inspected and, if necessary, repaired.
