Reason the product is recalled
The rear locking hook on the product may deteriorate due to general road usage and constant bumping, which can cause the top box to become dislodged.
The hazards to consumers
If the top box becomes dislodged, it may fall into the path of other traffic or road users and may cause an accident.
What consumers should do
The Top Box mounting kit will be replaced at no cost to the owner. Owners should call any authorised Honda Dealer and make an appointment to have their motorcycle repaired, at their earliest convenience.
