What are the defects?
The Dinosaur Play Centre does not comply with the labelling requirements of the mandatory standard for portable swimming pools. It does not comply with the 3 metres warning legibility requirement.
What are the hazards?
Inflatable pools without the correct safety warning labelling may be used incorrectly. There is an increased risk of drowning if the product is not used as intended.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the pool immediately and return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
