What are the defects?
The GLIVARP dining table extension pieces can randomly detach from the rails and fall.
What are the hazards?
If the extension piece falls, it could cause serious injury. The defect has occurred and caused injuries to consumers.
What should consumers do?
IKEA urges all customers who own a white frosted GLIVARP table to return the product to IKEA for a full refund. No receipt or proof of purchase is required.
