Under a fault condition the kettle may start by itself and cycle through the water heating process.

If the fault condition occurs, the kettle may overheat and catch fire.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the product immediately and disconnect it from the power supply. Consumers will be contacted by email and requested to return the kettle via Freepost to the address provided.
