Reason the product is recalled
The problem is an eventual fracture of a non-compliant plastic part which can lead to the non load-breaking of one or more phases. The pole may remain electrically connected even if the switch is in the O position (OFF).

Customers are advised to ensure that all electrical circuits, where there Load Break Switch is installed, are fully disconnected (using voltage detectors) before conducting any electrical installation or maintenance work.
