Product description
Both small and large size Tommee Tippee decorated silicone soothers with carry case. The products feature a prominent picture of a yellow duck or an orange tiger on the green or blue shield of the soother. Sold through K-Mart, Big W, Target and some pharmacy outlets.
Reasons the product is recalled
Possible manufacturing fault that potentially may cause the silicone nipple of the soother to split, posing a choking hazard.

Return the Tommee Tippee 'Duck' and 'Tiger' soothers to the place of purchase for a full refund. Alternatively, consumers can contact the Tommee Tippee Information Line to arrange for a free replacement.
