What are the defects?
A minority of vehicles built up until VIN R22438 may have had seat belt D-loops fitted where the D-loops may not freely rotate. The seat belt may not run freely when the rear seat belts are being pulled out, and should a vehicle suffer a moderate to heavy front impact, the rear seat occupants may not be fully restrained.
