What are the defects?
The product does not comply with the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Bean Bags) Safety Standard 2014'. The warning label does not contain the correct information.
What are the hazards?
This may result in the misuse of the product, increasing the risk of a choking/suffocation hazard to young children.
What should consumers do?
Affected consumers who bought the large indoor bean bag from 1 July 2016 will be contacted via telephone or email. Jelly Beanz Bean Bags will post the consumer a new label to affix over the old label.
