Multi-purpose off-highway utility vehicle that are either green and yellow, olive drab, or camouflage colored with John Deere on the side of the box and the model number on the side of the engine hood.

Reason the product is recalled

The powertrain mounting hardware may have been only hand tightened, and not torqued to the proper specification. If the hardware falls out it may lead to the engine rocking during acceleration, and pinching of the throttle cable.

The hazards to consumers

If this occurs, it can result in the throttle being stuck open and operators not being able to stop the vehicle with the brakes.

What consumers should do

Affected owners should stop using their machine until it is repaired.
