Reason the product is recalled
The stem bolt may fail, resulting in the stem detaching from the scooter deck.
The hazards to consumers
If the stem detaches from the scooter deck whilst riding, there is the risk of an accident or serious injury or death to the rider.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or to allow for a modification to be carried out, free of charge. Alternatively, consumers can contact the place of purchase to receive a repair kit.
