What are the defects?
The small silicone valve in the cap of the drink bottle may separate.
What are the hazards?
If the small silicone valve separates from the cap, it may pose a choking hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the products and return them to the nearest Kaisercraft store to receive a full refund.
