Product description
The product is a plastic torch (supplied without batteries) with five different lens caps to create different patterns on the wall or floor when the torch is alight. It was distributed respectively from:
* 18 May 2006 to 19 June 2009 in all Coles, BiLo, Kmart, Big W and Spotlight stores;
* 12 June 2007 to 19 June 2009 in all Woolworths and Safeway Stores.

Reason the product is recalled
There is a possibility that when turned on the torch may emit increasing temperatures, heating the plastic to a point which could result in a user being burned or increasing the risk of fire.
