Due to a mechanical failure during manufacture of a raw material, the product may contain stainless steel fragments.
The hazards to consumers
This poses a scratch/abrasion hazard.
What consumers should do
End-users are advised through the enclosed recall notice to:
1. Cease use of the above-mentioned two product codes;
2. Identify relevant stock by referring to the Day of the Year Code located on the cardboard outer case as described in the “Using the Day of the Year Code” section included in the enclosed recall notice. If the Day of the Year Code cannot be identified (e.g. if the case is not available), product is to be assumed to be from the relevant batches;
3. Return all stock identified as indicated above to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement.
