Affected jacks may not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard for trolley jacks (based on the Australian/New Zealand Standard: AS/NZS 2615-2004) in relation to the following clauses:

Vehicles supported by an unsafe or inappropriately used trolley jack can fall onto a person, creating a risk of injury or death.
What consumers should do
Immediately discontinue the use of the jack and return it to the place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
