These cameras were on sale from June 2000 to present. The DC5000 camera may be identified by the brand name and model number written on the front of the camera in the bottom right-hand corner. All DC5000 cameras carry a plate on the bottom of the camera.
Reasons the product is recalled
Due to a manufacturing defect , there is a possibility that consumers using these cameras may suffer an electric shock.

Stop using the camera and contact Kodak immediately to arrange a free inspection and repair if necessary. To arrange this, please call toll free 1800 122 465 between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
