Recall extended in December 2019. Extension of initial recall with added affected Batch 1416.

Dedicated LED Driver for 10W MR16 LED lamps. Supplied with downlight kits.

Batch numbers 1351, 1416, 1418 and 1424 for model numbers MR1650270700D and MR1650400700D. The model numbers and batch numbers are located on the drivers as shown in the photograph.

What are the defects?

An internal fault in the driver can cause it to fail which may expose live parts or cause a fire.

What are the hazards?

Risk of electric shock and fire.
