Reason the product is recalled

Pressure build-up in the G10 family of products' lithium ion battery may cause the battery cover to forcibly separate and/or overheat while charging

If used, the USB Charging Cable may apply too much current to the G10T Wireless Transmitter and contribute to the forcible separation or overheating of the G10T Wireless Transmitter's lithium ion battery.

The transmitter's internal battery may overheat or parts of the battery cover may separate while the device is being charged.

The hazards to consumers

Overheating or separation of the battery cover may lead to fire, burns, injury or property damage.
