What are the defects?
The bottle caps may be cracked, preventing them from operating as child resistant caps and allowing the bleach to leak out.
What are the hazards?
Children may be able to remove the cap or bleach may leak from the bottle posing a health risk to consumers and possible damage to property. Bleach is a poisonous substance.
What should consumers do?
Consumer should wear protective gloves and dispose of the contents down the sink with plenty of running water. They should then rinse the bottle and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
