The product does not comply with mandatory standard (AS/NZS ISO 8124.1, as amended by the regulation for projectile toys), as it is not marked with the required warnings for projectile toys, and does not have a ring on the perimeter of the rotor to reduce the risk of eye injury.
What are the hazards?
Projectiles may be used improperly and may increase the risk of eye or facial injuries.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should cease using the product immediately and return to place of purchase for immediate refund.
