Stop using the chairs and store them in a safe place. Email New Aim's customer service team via recalls@newaim.com.au to arrange a plug insert kit with instructions which will be provided free of charge. These plugs will need to be inserted into the legs of the chairs correctly to eliminate the potential safety risk.
