Reason the product is recalled

Due to a manufacturing assembly process error, the bracket holding the printed circuit board could pierce wires from the welding transformer.

The hazards to consumers

Under certain circumstances, the metal case could become electrically live, posing a risk of electric shock.

What consumers should do

Stop using the welding machine. Contact WGA to arrange for an inspection and repair at no cost to the customer.
