Model Numbers MTO100, MTO200CH & MTO300CH. The following products manufactured during 2001 and 2002 are affected by the recall: MTO100 - batch code 0135 & 0228; MTO200CH - batch code 0135 & 0228; and MTO300CH - batch code 0135, 0153,0217 & 0231.
Reasons the product is recalled
There is a potential safety hazard associated with selected Mistral Toaster Ovens as a result of an unsuitable supply cord being fitted. Sections of the cord may become damaged if it comes into contact with the hot metal rear surface of the unit.

What consumers should do
Consumers are advised to stop using the product and contact Mistral toll free on 1800 686 572 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, to arrange return and replacement of affected units.
