Manufacturing processes may have caused a condition that can result in cracking of the pump rotor and or vane.
The hazards to consumers
The defect may result in reduced braking capacity and this may increase the risk of an accident occurring.
What consumers should do
All owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by email at their last known address and requested to contact the nearest Mitsubishi dealer to make an appointment to have the vehicle repaired.
