What are the defects?
The connections of the handle to the bucket are not closed in an arc back to the main handle, resulting in protruding ends.
What are the hazards?
The protruding ends pose an injury risk to users.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the bucket and remove it from children's play areas. Consumers will be instructed how to repair the bucket or offered a replacement product.
