KBC Jet Helmets with a manufacturing date anytime during the year 2000 or 2001. The date of manufacture can be found on a label that is attached to the polystyrene helmet liner underneath the cloth liner.
Reasons the product is recalled
May not have been subjected to the required batch testing to comply with the Australian Safety Standard.
What consumers should do
If you have a KBC Jet Helmet manufactured during the year 2000 or 2001 do not use it and return it immediately to the place of purchase or your nearest KBC stockist in exchange for a new replacement KBC Jet Helmet or a full cash refund of the original purchase price.
