What are the defects?
Flat batteries removed from the toy may rupture, making a loud noise and expelling material and/or the battery cap from the battery causing a potential hazard.
What are the hazards?
The expelled material and/or battery cap may cause an injury to the user.
What should consumers do?
Consumers who have either of these products should immediately stop using them, refrain from opening the battery compartment and contact Moose for a replacement or refund.
