What are the defects?
When strain is placed upon the product during use, the broom handle may break and expose a metal rim.
What are the hazards?
Risk of cuts to the hand or fingers if placed near the point of breakage and the exposed metal rim.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and dispose of the broom. Contact Norwex for a full refund or a Norwex voucher for a value higher than or equal to the retail price of the broom (plus any shipping costs).
