Load Sharing Coil axle system fitted to the chassis of certain caravans, trailers and horse floats
Why the product is recalled
There is a risk of insufficient weld penetration on the arm of the axle, potentially resulting in a weak and insufficient weld strength.
What the hazards are to consumers
The suspension arm may break, causing the axle to become unstable, and/or a wheel to detach from the axle.
What consumers should do
Consumers should contact Simplicity Axles immediately to discuss the use of the vehicle, arrange an inspection and, if required, repairs to the axle.
