What are the defects?
The product may produce small parts when dropped and does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
What are the hazards?
Small parts may present a choking hazard to infants.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
