The garment does not have a Fire Safety Label as required by the mandatory standard for children's nightwear.
What the hazards are to consumers
Non-labelling can result in consumers being unaware of possible fire safety risks.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the garment immediately and return the garment to Oobi Pty Ltd. Unit B, 511-515 Botany Rd, Zetland NSW 2017 for a full refund or to arrange for a fire safety label to be affixed to the garment (please specify your preference).
