What are the defects?
There is a risk that if you unscrew the lights section from the black plug section there is a risk that the pin remains in the black plug section. As this section plugs into the wall power there is an extremely high danger of receiving an electric shock which would be harmful or even fatal.
What are the hazards?
Electric Shock.
