The platform hinge swivel arms may come apart, and as a consequence, the ladder may twist and topple over.

If the defect occurs, there is a possibility of fall injuries.

Do not use the ladder. Return the ladder to the place of purchase. Arrangements will be made for the ladder platform to be replaced or repaired free of charge.
