Without the proper markings consumers cannot ensure that that have a compliant product. Non-complaint product may pose a risk of fire and/or electric shock.
What consumers should do
Customers should cease use of the product and disconnect the item from the power supplier immediately. Customers are advised to return the item to Mysale to obtain a full refund. Please include your return postage receipt for reimbursement.
