The toys may liberate stuffing during use as the seams are inadequate and do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2002, as amended by the regulation).
The hazards to consumers
In the event that the stuffing becomes dislodged from the toys, it may present a choking hazard and possibly result in injury or death.
