The dyno torch is blue plastic with Star Wars decals on the front and back. The torch has a hand pump mechanism to generate light and contains 3 button cell batteries.

What are the defects?
If the torch is dropped on a hard surface the button cell batteries may be released.
What are the hazards?
If young children gain access to the button batteries and ingest them, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using this item and return it to their nearest Big W store for a full refund.
