What are the defects?
The mechanism holding the rear wheel onto the hub may not be sufficiently strong.
What are the hazards?
The rear wheels could become loose and detach from the walker during use, resulting in a fall injury.
What should consumers do?
Stop using the product immediately. Contact your supplier of the Ellipse Outdoor Rollator to arrange for repair, replacement with similar product, or refund.
