Reasons the product is recalled
Worldwide there have been 9 reported incidents of users trapping a finger in the hinge whilst folding a stroller.
The hazards to consumers
Potential injury (to adult users) such as laceration to the fingers when caught in the stroller hinge while unfolding the stroller.
What consumers should do
Consumers should continue to use the stroller but should contact Phil & Ted's via the website or the appropriate retailer and obtain a self fit hinge cover kit.
