Portable high chair that is attachable to tables with the use of screw clamps
Why the product is recalled
The clamps require a rubberised sheath to improve the amount of grip they provide and to allow users to tighten them sufficiently. If not clamped fully, the chair can detach from the table top.
What the hazards are to consumers
If users fail to tighten the clamps fully, the chair may detach from the table top resulting in serious injury to the infant. To date there have been 10 complaints from users in the USA of clamps slipping.
