Product description

Some 2014-2016 RZR XP / XP 4 1000 and 2015-2016 RZR 900 / S 1000 side-by-side and two seat off-road recreational vehicle.

Reason the product is recalled

The affected models may have been manufactured with an improperly routed fuel tank vent line. The vent line may not have sufficient clearance to the exhaust head pipe and can cause the vent line to become kinked. A kinked vent line may results in a build up of pressure in the fuel tank.

The hazards to consumers

The expansion of the fuel tank may result in contact with the spinning prop shaft and may result in a fuel leak. The defect may pose a fire hazard

Do not operate your vehicle until the safety bulletin has been completed by a RZR Polaris dealer.

Please contact a Polaris dealer at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment to have the bulletin completed.
