Reasons the product is recalled
The seat belt buckle bracket on affected vehicles may have a faulty weld.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of serious injury if the seat belt buckle anchor point separates from the vehicle frame.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the vehicle immediately and contact your authorised Polaris dealer to schedule an inspection. If the seat belt bracket fails the inspection, the Polaris dealer will replace the bracket.
Consumers should not attempt repairs themselves. Repairs must be done only by an authorised Polaris dealer.
