What are the defects?
The above models of bicycles have not been supplied with chain guards as per requirements of the mandatory standard for pedal bicycles.
What are the hazards?
In the absence of a chain guard, entrapment of clothing or body parts could occur in between the upper junction of the chain and chain wheel.
What should consumers do?
