Identification: The recall only applies to the above models sold in 2007 with serial numbers JA231A0000 - JA416A9999 and JZ231A0000 - JZ416A9999 inclusive. Units with the first two letters "JX" or "JY" are excluded from this recall.

Reason the product is recalled
A crack in the socket backing plate can cause poor retention of the UPS outlet socket contacts and loss of earthing continuity to Class 1 equipment plugged into the UPS.
