The products do not comply with the 'Consumer Goods (Elastic luggage straps) Safety Standard 2017'.

The bungee cords do not have the appropriate safety warning labelling and could potentially be misused, resulting in injury to the user or bystanders.

Consumers who purchased the products should return them to Quail Direct for a full refund.
