Reasons the product is recalled
The 'arm' on the cap does not sufficiently log with the lug on some bottles making some packages non-child resistant. Caustic soda is a corrosive chemical that can cause burns and eye damage if it comes into contact with skin or eyes or if the product is ingested.

Injury (burns and eye damage).
What consumers should do
Cease use immediately and store safely. Ensure cap is secured tightly. Keep out of the reach of children and return to place of purchase for a full refund.
